The upcoming summer season will look a little different this season.  

Here are the key changes:

. 8-week competition.

. No finals.

. No grading games.

. Fees will be reduced.

. Moddies, Junior and Inters will play 10 min quarters.

Registration Information

Registrations open:                             20^th August 2023                    

Registrations close:                             2^nd September 2023

Season Start date:                              3rd/4^th October 2023

Season Finish date:                            21^st/22^nd November 2023

Registering for the Summer Season involves a two-step procedure:

Step 1 – Registration via Kedron Lions Netball Website.

Step 2 - Registration via Netball Connect

Both steps of the registration, along with payment, must be fully completed during the registration process to qualify for participation in the Summer 2023 / 2024 season.

For returning players from Winter 2023 season, please make sure to use the same username and password on Netball Connect as last season to avoid being charged the Netball Qld fee again.

When entering the competition name please ensure you type “Kedron Lions Netball Club” instead of BNA.  This ensures accurate fee payment.

Trialling TIP Players.

If you are intending to trial for TIP, we kindly request that you do not register until the teams have been officially announced.

Refunds

Completed player registration is a commitment to the team you have been placed in. 100% commitment to training and games is expected for the entire season. Refunds will not be granted following the team’s announcements.

 Registration Fees 

 Fair Player Voucher 

If you have a Fair Player Voucher, please email a copy to Suzie at rego.klnetball@gmail.com before you register your player. A single use discount code will be emailed to you to enter at the payment screen in Netball Connect. 

 Family Discount Voucher

A $10 discount applies to additional family members who register to play for Kedron Lions Netball Club. You must register all players at the same time to receive the discount in Netball Connect. 

Grading

Grading for the Summer Season will only be for new players to Kedron Lions. 

Grading for new players will is still to be confirmed.

If you played in the Winter 2023 season you will not be required at grading.

Training Times

Kedron’s training allocation night is Thursday. Due to a limited number of courts available training will be every fortnightly.

Players are expected to attend all training sessions arranged by the coach. If a player is unable to attend training or the game it is expected that the player or parent/guardian will, as a matter of courtesy, contact the coach or manager advising them of the players absence.

Moddies Teams                                  Tuesday at 5:30pm

Junior Teams                                      Wednesday at either 5:30pm or 6:30pm

Intermediate Teams                            Tuesday at either 5:30pm, 6:30pm or 7:30pm

Open Teams                                       Wednesday at either 6:30pm or 8:00pm

 Uniforms

 All players must wear the Kedron Lions dress and the bike pants to all games.
