Registration Information

Registrations open: 8th January 2024

Registrations close: 11th February 2024

Season Start date: 20th April 2024 (all dates are subject to change without notice.)

Registrations for the Summer Season is a 2 Step process.

Step 1 - Registration via Kedron Lions Netball Website.

Step 2 - Registration via Netball Connect

When entering a competition name please put Kedron Lions Netball Club not BNA.

Men's / Mixed Open Competition.

We have some exciting news for the 2024 Winter Day season! A brand new Men's Open competition is kicking off at Brisbane Netball Association.

All males aged 15 and up will play in this competition. Men's teams have the flexibility of being able to supplement the team numbers with female players. Female players can play in both the Men's and Women's Open competition.

Boys under the age of 14 years will continue to play in our mixed Inters, Juniors and Moodies division as it is at present.

We encourage all interested players to contact the clubs registrar via email rego.klnetball@gmail.com if they wish to play for Kedron Lions in the upcoming competition.

Refunds

Completed player registration is a commitment to the team you have been placed in. 100% commitment to training and games is expected for the entire season. Refunds will not be granted once players have attended trials, training sessions or following the team’s announcements.

Fair Player Voucher

If you have a Fair Player Voucher, please email a copy to Suzie at rego.klnetball@gmail.com before you register your player. A single use discount code will be emailed to you to enter at the payment screen in Netball Connect.

Family Discount Voucher

A $10 discount applies to additional family members who register to play for Kedron Lions Netball Club. You must register all players at the same time to receive the discount in Netball Connect.

Trials New Date

Kedron Lions Netball Club will be having 2 compulsory trials sessions on Sunday 3rd March and Sunday 17th March 2024 at Eatons Hill State School.

Trial Session for Juniors (players born 2013 and 2014)

1st Session - Sunday 3rd March

Trial Start Time: 7:30am to 9:30am

2nd Session - Sunday 17th March

Trial Start Time: 7:30am to 9:30am

Trial Session for Inters (players born 2010, 2011 and 2012)

1st Session - Sunday 3rd March

Grading Start Time: 10:00am to 12pm

2nd Session - Sunday 17th March

Grading Start Time: 10:00am to 12pm

Trial Session for Opens (players born 2009 or earlier)

1st Session - Sunday 3rd March

Trial Start Time: 1pm to 3pm

2nd Session - Sunday 17th March

Trial Start Time: 1pm to 3pm

Important Information:
* No Spectators - players to be dropped off at the sports centre. We will have KL Committee Members and coaches there to show the players where to go and will be fully supervised at all times.
* If you are feeling unwell, please stay home.
* Bring 2 drink bottles as there will be no taps to refill water bottles.
* Bring your own food.

You are not required to wear your Kedron Lions uniform to trials.

Training Times

Training times will be determined by each team's coach on the night allocated to Kedron Lions. Training night for the Winter Season will most likely be Tuesday nights.

Players are expected to attend all training sessions arranged by the coach. If a player is unable to attend training or the game it is expected that the player or parent/guardian will, as a matter of courtesy, contact the coach or manager advising them of the players absence.
